At Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and unused fragrances. Please ensure all original seals and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original designer box and use the protective shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
